• We are unable to offer refunds. Ticket Exchanges Only.

• Requests for ticket exchanges are accepted no later than noon, the Thursday before the originally ticketed performance day (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). Exchanges can be requested by emailing info@ightheatre.org. Please include your current ticket info (buyer name, performance date, seats) and specify the date and seats you’d like in exchange. We will do our best to meet your request.
