Based on the popular movie, Shrek: The Musical is about a grumpy ogre on a journey to get back his swamp from the nefarious Lord Farquaad who has banished all the fairytale creatures there. The catch: he must help rescue Princess Fiona from a fiery dragon. Along his way, he reluctantly befriends the delightfully silly Donkey and realizes what he truly wants with his life.
