Something Rotten, Jr. follows the story of Nick and Nigel Bottom, two struggling playwrights desperate to compete with the wildly popular William Shakespeare. When a soothsayer predicts that the future of theater lies in musicals, the Bottom brothers set out to create the world’s first song-and-dance extravaganza—only to find themselves tangled in a whirlwind of hilarity, mistaken identity, and showbiz madness.
